DEALER RULES FOR ALL SHOWS!

 

      All tables must be reserved in advance.

      Payments for one day shows must be made two weeks before show date or table(s) may be sold. If paying less than two weeks before show you must send a Money Order. If for some reason dealer pays day of show, a $10 additional fee may be charged for each table reserved. Cash ONLY accepted day of show as payment. If ‘you reserve table(s) and agree to pay day of show and do not attend, table fee must he paid before reserving at another show. VlSA/Mastercard payments can be made on the Internet through Paypal.com to account: jeff@harpercomics.com.

     Table fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Even in cases of inclement weather. If Jeff Harper Productions cancels a show, fee may be transferred to other shows of Jeff Harper’s choice. Table fees may be credited if enough time is allowed to find dealer’s to fill empty tables. This credit will be toward shows of Jeff Harper’s choice.

A Card Table up to (3ft x 3ft) in your area is permitted at NO CHARGE, ONLY IF SPACE ALLOWS! If another full sized table is brought in and used outside your allowed space, you will be charged ½ of the table fee

     PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AND SHOW DATE RESERVED WITH PAYMENT. Make Payments out to: Jeff Harper.

     All Non-Sufficient Funds checks returned are subject up to a $20 service charge.

     Vendor’s license and/or sales taxes if applicable are dealer’s responsibility.

     No-Smoking, alcoholic beverages and tape on the walls will be allowed in any dealer room.

     Dealer set-ups always begin at 8:00 am.

     No yelling or shouting of discounts or DEALS or unprofessional conduct. Dealer blowout selling is discouraged. A professional, profitable atmosphere is encouraged.

     No pornographic materials can be displayed. If brought must stay out of site. These shows are family oriented events.

     Dealers that must leave before shows are over cannot use hand trucks or carts to load. This congests isles for existing customers.

     Any lost or stolen dealer or attendee merchandise is not the responsibility of Jeff Harper.

     ABSOLUTELY no fliers are to be passed out for other conventions without my (Jeff Harper’s) permission. This is a courtesy I request.

     No games of chance or false solicitations that can be misconstrued as gambling. See Jeff Harper if questionable.

     Dealer helpers (2 per table) arriving after shows begin may he charged admission if not prearranged.

     Receipt of payment is acknowledgment that you agree to all DEALER RULES.

     Please adhere to all these rules and all shows will be great for everyone involved. Not following these rules may result in expulsion from the show and/or being denied tables at future shows.
